Craig Fishback
 

 

Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Craig discovered his love and natural abilities to excel in the performing arts. After participating and being a leader at his high school’s dance, theater, and music departments he carried out his passions in multiple college clubs as well. Following school, he moved to Washington DC where he took on more leadership roles, choreographing for the multiple community dance companies he was a member of, including Culture Shock DC and Joy of Motion’s DCypher.

He then took his talents to Los Angeles, CA gaining more knowledge and experience in the entertainment industry as a performer first, dancing in multiple television shows, commercials, and live stage performances for artist like Kendrick Lamar and Big Sean. These experiences transitioned him back into choreography, working as an assistant to Jemel McWilliams for numerous artist such as Lizzo, John Legend, Janelle Monae, and Jon Batiste; including tours, a Las Vegas residency, and multiple award show performances.

Today, Craig has taken on multiple projects as a Director in Choreography. These works include contributing choreography for Mariah Carey, a U.S. and European tour for up & coming artists Channel Tres and Rico Nasty, televised performance for Kaytranada, a number of music videos for D Smoke and new artist TeaMarrr, multiple Coachella sets, and advertising work for Pocky Sticks. Along with continuing work in the music industry, Craig is now transitioning into more work within the film & television world as well, most recently choreographing on an episode of Peacock’s Bel-Air.
